The short answer
Precision Plumbing is a licensed plumbing contractor in Springfield, Oregon (CCB #234073) serving Eugene, Springfield, and Lane County. The photographs below are from the company’s own job sites and cover sewer line repair, camera inspection, water line replacement, leak repair, crawl space work, and commercial drain-waste-vent installation. Call (541) 636-4725, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm.
Sewer & Drain · 8 seconds
Down in the Vault
Eight seconds, no narration: across a back patio, past the hose, and down a ladder into a concrete sewer vault. Access like this is why sewer work takes the time it takes — before anything gets diagnosed, somebody has to get to it.

Sewer Line Repair
Shored Trench, Sewer Line
A technician working inside a shored trench box on a sewer line repair. Shoring is what makes it safe to work at depth, and it is not the part of the job a customer ever sees.

Sewer Camera Inspection
Camera Before Shovel
Running a sewer camera from the trench. Looking first is how you find out whether a line needs a spot repair, a liner, or full replacement — before anyone commits to digging.

Sewer Line Repair
Excavation Staged
Excavation equipment set up on a sewer replacement. Getting the machine placed properly is half of keeping a yard recoverable.

Water Line Replacement
Mini Excavator, Older Home
A mini excavator opening ground for a water line replacement at an older home. Smaller equipment means tighter access and less to put back.

Leak Detection & Repair
Digging Out a Leak
Excavating a leaking water line beside a brick home. Locating the break before opening the ground is what keeps a repair from turning into a search.

Water Line Replacement
Buried Line Repair
Repairing a buried water line by hand in a wet trench. Most of this work happens in weather nobody would choose.

Plumbing Repairs
Into the Crawl Space
Protective coveralls on, heading into a crawl space. A good share of residential plumbing lives under the floor.

Commercial Plumbing
Commercial DWV Assembly
Assembling large-diameter drain-waste-vent pipe on a commercial job. Different scale, same standard of workmanship.

Plumbing Repairs
On a Residential Job
A Precision Plumbing journeyman on a residential service call.
Why No Before-and-After
Plenty of contractor sites run before-and-after galleries. We would rather show you fewer photos that are certainly ours than pairs we cannot stand behind — a matched pair means the same pipe, the same house, photographed twice, and we only publish those when we have both frames and know which job they came from.
These are our crews on real job sites. As more of our documented work gets captioned properly, it gets added here.
